We have a limited amount of our Nocellara del Belice oil available as “new oil” . It was harvested in early November and bottled soon after. This oil is thick, chewy, grassy and FRESH. It’s a well balanced oil of fruitiness, bitterness and astringency, with flavors of herbs, mint, cinnamin, basil, sage and green almonds.

Its a beautiful lime-green in color. We put it in clear glass bottles, so keep it out of the light and enjoy it while it is very fresh.

The 2022 harvest is almost complete and the oil will be put in storage to settle out by early 2023 ready for bottling.
