This is an oil of medium robustness and astringency, with notes of herbaceousness, green almond, artichoke, green and ripe olives, floral and nuttiness, with a warm ginger finish. It is the mildest of the oils we have from the 2023 harvest.
This Grumpy Goats Farm Organic Extra Virgin California Olive Oil is made from our Hojiblanca olives. It is an oil of medium intensity and astringency, with green fruit flavors of green almond, artichoke, green olive and herbaceousnous and ripe fruit notes of ripe olive, floral and nuttiness with a warm ginger finish.
