Our 2023 harvest of Coratina yielded a very nice oil, but in limited quantities which we have already sold. So unfortunately there is no 2023 Coratina available.
However we still have a decent amount of 2022 harvest Coratina, and we are offering it on sale for 30% off. The 2022 harvest of Coratina produced classic Coratina – mild flavors of green olive, green almond, green tea up front, with a searing, lingering roll of warm spice and heat in the finish.
A robust Italian-style oil milled from our Coratina olives. Lots of green tea, green olive and green almond taste with a hint of artichoke and a long apple-pie-spice finish. It is ideal for drizzling on soups, grilled meats and vegetables. Very high in polyphenols.
