Our 2024 harvest of Picual produced a big, green fruit flavor that recalls cut grass, green herbs and artichoke, and ripe fruit flavors of nuts and ripe olives, with a black pepper finish. The oil is of medium intensity that heightens the flavor of deep full bodied greens.
Grumpy Goats Farm Organic Extra Virgin California Picual olives produce a medium intensity oil with a big green fruity flavor - green olive, artichoke and cut grass - and a distinct pungency that recalls tomato leaf. There are ripe fruit notes of ripe olive and nuttiness in the oil too.
