The 2024 harvest of Coratina produced classic Coratina – mild flavors of green olive, green apple, green tea up front, with a searing, lingering roll of warm spice and heat in the finish.
A robust Italian-style oil milled from our Coratina olives. Lots of green tea, green olive and green apple taste with some ripe fruit flavor of nutty and buttery and a long apple-pie-spice finish. It is ideal for drizzling on soups, grilled meats and vegetables. Very high in polyphenols.
